In no circumstances shall Halsey & Griffith, Inc or its licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any type or kind (including system damage, loss of data, revenue, profits, use or other economic advantage) arising out of, or in any way connected with this service, any interruption to use the service, or any content obtained from or through the service, even if the party from which damages are sought or such partys licensors have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

Pricing:
Online Support via email, phone or internet is $ 75.00 per hour. Customers with Platinum Maintenance agreements do not incur remote support fees. On-Site support is $ 150.00 per hour plus travel charge. If an incident is not able to be resolved online and onsite support is required, you will be billed for the onsite labor only.
